Where to Get Help While Betting

Stuck on a bet that hasn't settled, or not sure why a market was suspended? These are the three channels we keep open specifically for sportsbook account queries.

Live Chat Support

Reach our sportsbook team through the live chat icon in the lobby. Describe your bet ID and the market in question so we can pull up the details straight away.

Account Bet History

Your full wager log is in the Bet History tab of your account wallet — open it to check settlement status, void bets and running Mix Parlay legs without waiting for an agent.

Email Ticket

For bet disputes or settlement appeals, send an email ticket with your bet ID, match name and the outcome you expected. Our team reviews these and responds with a resolution.

lapak998 What Our Sportsbook Section Covers

What Our Sportsbook Section Covers

Our sportsbook carries football markets across Liga 1, European leagues and international tournaments, with bet types ranging from Asian Handicap and Over/Under to Correct Score and Mix Parlay. You can follow live odds on matches in real time and place bets while the game is active. Odds are presented in three formats — decimal, Malay and Hong Kong — and you can

switch the display in your account settings at any time. Bet history and settlement status sit inside your account wallet, so you always know where a wager stands without contacting support.

HOW WE RUN SPORTSBOOK FAIRLY

How We Keep Our Sportsbook Consistent

Fair odds and transparent settlement are not extras here — they are how we operate the sportsbook every day. Here is what we hold ourselves to so you can bet with confidence.

Odds Source Transparency

Our football and sports odds are pulled from an industry feed and are visible before you confirm a bet. We do not alter odds after a wager is placed — what you see at confirmation is locked in.

Settlement by Official Result

All bets settle against the official result from the governing body of that match or tournament. In disputed situations we follow the same documented rule set shown in the sportsbook terms.

Void and Refund Policy

If a match is abandoned or a market is cancelled, affected bets are voided and stakes are returned to your account wallet automatically — no manual claim needed from your side.

Live Bet Confirmation Delay

A brief acceptance window applies on in-play bets to allow for odds stabilisation. This is standard across the industry and protects both you and the integrity of live markets.

Sportsbook Betting Terms You Should Know

New to certain bet types or seeing terms you don't recognise in the market listing? These plain-language definitions cover the words that come up most often in our sportsbook.

What is Asian Handicap in football betting?

Asian Handicap removes the draw outcome by giving one team a goal advantage. It splits the bet into two parts for certain lines, reducing risk when results are close.

What does Over/Under mean on a match market?

Over/Under is a bet on the total goals scored in a match. You pick whether the final tally lands above or below the number the sportsbook sets for that fixture.

What is a Mix Parlay bet?

Mix Parlay combines multiple match selections into one bet. All legs must win for a payout. Odds multiply across legs, so returns are higher but every selection must be correct.

What does 'void bet' mean in sportsbook?

A void bet is one that is cancelled — usually because the match didn't finish or a market was withdrawn. Your original stake returns to your account wallet without any deduction.

What is the difference between Malay odds and decimal odds?

Decimal odds show total return per unit staked, including your stake. Malay odds centre on 1.00 and show net profit or required stake differently; both represent the same underlying probability.

What is a Correct Score bet?

Correct Score is a market where you predict the exact final scoreline of a match. Odds are longer than standard markets because the outcome is highly specific.

Frequently Asked Sportsbook Help Questions

These are the questions our sportsbook account holders ask us most. If your question isn't here, open a live chat and our team will walk you through it directly.

Most bets settle within minutes of the final whistle. Delays happen when a result is under official review or when a match goes to extra time. Check your Bet History tab for the current status; if it still shows pending after 24 hours, contact live chat with your bet ID.

Yes, our in-play section covers live Liga 1 markets including Asian Handicap and Over/Under during the match. Odds update in real time as the game progresses. Note that in-play availability depends on the broadcast feed and local eligibility rules.

Go to your account settings and look for the Odds Format option. You can switch between decimal, Malay and Hong Kong formats there. The change takes effect immediately across all open markets.

The postponed leg is voided and removed from your Mix Parlay. Your remaining selections still stand, and the odds recalculate based on the legs that are left. Your stake does not change.

In-play bets go through a brief acceptance window while odds stabilise. If odds shift significantly during that window, the bet may be declined or held for confirmation. You will see the updated odds and can decide whether to proceed.

Open your Bet History, copy the bet ID of the relevant wager, then send an email ticket or start a live chat. Share the match name, your expected outcome and the bet ID so our team can review the official result and respond with a full explanation.
